Attended interesting Seminar

Pam and I went to a very interesting seminar yesterday evening at the Seymour Centre at Sydney Uni on 'Should we Give Aid to Countries Whose Governments are Corrupt?'. The answer is 'Yes' because where there is widespread poverty there is most often a corrupt government and it would be unjust to withhold aid to the poor who have no say.
